Sarah Duke, Naturopath at Acacia Naturopathy, is a proud member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). Payment Terms

Payments for consultations or products are required at the time of booking or purchase and are processed securely through third-party providers. Payment details may include your name, card number, expiration date, and billing information.

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST of 10% unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, including promotional or discounted rates.

Credit card transactions may incur merchant service fees as applied by payment providers.

Shipping

Where relevant, products prescribed or recommended will be provided via trusted prescription delivery services. Clients will receive direct communication from these providers regarding order status and shipping details. Incorrect shipping information resulting in delivery errors is the client’s responsibility.

Prescription and Medication Disclaimer

All product and herbal recommendations provided by Acacia Naturopathy are carefully checked for potential interactions with your current medications to ensure your safety. These recommendations are considered safe adjuncts to support your health alongside your existing medical treatments.

Please understand that naturopathic prescriptions are not a substitute for the medical advice or treatment given by your Medical Doctor or specialist. Always follow your healthcare provider’s guidance regarding prescribed medications and treatments.

If you experience any unexpected effects or have concerns about your prescribed herbs, supplements, or products, please contact us promptly and inform your medical practitioner. Your health and safety remain our highest priority.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

We require payment in full at the time of booking to secure your consultation. Consultation fees are non-refundable.

At Acacia Naturopathy, we value your time and the care of all our clients. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows us to offer your appointment time to someone on our waiting list.

• Reschedules or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60.00 fee, with the balance of your payment refunded.

• Failure to show for an appointment without notice will result in the full consultation fee being forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding that these policies help us provide timely care to all clients and maintain the smooth running of the clinic.
