Acacia Naturopathy will safeguard client data through upholding Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988 by obtaining consent in the first instance before collecting personal information. Secure record-keeping is maintained by using Simple Clinic to protect client’s health information from unauthorized access. Client’s will be informed of their right to access records and a structured complaint process through company Privacy and Complaints Handling polices to ensure transparency and ethical practice.
